• Successful candidates from the interview process will become eligible for the stipend, under CoderFuel Infotech Pvt Ltd policies.
• This approach ensures that stipend eligibility is tied to successful interview performance, promoting transparency and fairness in the internship program.

Interns are selected based on their application, resume, and, in some cases, an interview. The selection process may vary for different internship positions.

Although the internship is free, there might be small document fees for services like creating an offer letter, issuing an internship certificate, and covering administrative expenses. Information will be shared as needed.

Performance is assessed on the basis of commitment, diligence, and the calibre of work produced throughout the internship. Constructive feedback will be provided to support professional development.
